Lily Watson joined the Tiger coaching staff after a year as a player on the team in 2010-11.
Watson, a graduate of Bexley High School near Columbus, Ohio, appeared in one varsity game and four junior varsity contests during her freshman year. That followed a fine high school career that included first-team all-conference honors as a senior and honorable mention nods following her sophomore and junior seasons. Watson also earned second-team all-conference honors in softball as a senior.
Watson assists with all areas of the women's basketball program. A business major, Watson is very active around campus, including Witt Entrepreneurs, Emerging Leaders, WittInvest and Sigma Kappa Sorority. She also works in the Department of Athletics as a student assistant for gameday management.
