Head Coach Melissa Kolbe has announced the addition of Lexxus Graham as the newest Assistant Coach of the Wittenberg Women's Basketball program, heading into the 2022-23 season.

"I am excited to announce the addition of Lexxus Graham to my coaching staff. Sha has experienced a great deal of success a player and will be a great resource for our ladies on and off the court," said Head Coach Melissa Kolbe. "Lexxus is a woman who has unbelievable character and a work ethic that will be an asset to our program. We are excited for her tour join our Tiger family."

Before arriving at Wittenberg, Graham spent the 2021-22 season at NCAA Division I Bellarmine University as the first-ever Director of Basketball Operations. While at Bellarmine, Graham served as a mentor and role model for the student-athletes, organized fundraising events, and served as a liaison between the women's basketball program and athletic department.

"I am ecstatic to begin working with Coach Kolbe and the Wittenberg Women's Basketball program under the leadership of Athletic Director, Brian Agler," said Graham. "I am ready to roll up my sleeves, go to work to help continue building a successful women's basketball program here at Wittenberg. I am thankful and appreciative for the opportunity. Tiger Up."

 Graham spent one season as an assistant coach at Georgetown College (Ky.). The native of Winchester, Kentucky, is not far removed from her playing days, suiting up for Campbellsville University (Ky.) from 2014-18.

Before her year on the Georgetown staff, Graham coached at her high school alma mater, George Rogers Clark (Ky.), from 2018-20, assisting with the varsity and junior varsity and overseeing the freshman team during her time with the girls' program. She helped guide the Cardinals to a pair of district and regional championships.

Graham was a cornerstone player at Campbellsville, starting as a sophomore and senior while competing in 133 games in her collegiate career. The guard averaged 6.4 points per game over her tenure while sinking 173 3-pointers and amassing 227 steals. As a senior, Graham earned Mid-South Conference Academic All-Conference honors.

Graham helped lead Campbellsville to tremendous team success. The Tigers went 117-25 overall in her career, including 44-12 in the MSC. They were the NAIA national runner-up in her freshman year in 2015 and advanced to the Elite Eight, Final Four and Sweet 16 over her final three seasons.

Graham played varsity basketball for six years in high school at George Rogers Clark, where her team captured 40th District and 10th Region titles while advancing to a Final Four at the KHSAA state tournament. She earned district and regional All-Tournament Team accolades and was an honorable-mention selection at the Sweet 16. Graham tied the state record in the state tournament by hitting seven 3-pointers in one game. She was inducted into the 10th Region Hall of Fame in 2021.

Graham earned a bachelor's degree in sport management at Campbellsville and was a member of the Dean's List from 2016-18.
