Kelly Mahlum joined the Wittenberg staff as a full-time assistant coach for the Tigers in 2011-12 following three years as a volunteer assistant. Mahlum brings a wealth of experience, highlighted by a seven-year stint as the head coach of Colorado College from 2001-08.

A 1993 graduate of the College of St. Benedict (Minn.), Mahlum earned her master's degree in athletic administration from St. Cloud State. A fundamentally sound teacher of the sport, Mahlum provides position-specific player development and shooting lessons to players of any age or experience level.

Previously, Mahlum coached a variety of sports at the collegiate level, including volleyball, basketball and softball at Randolph Macon College. In 1999, Mahlum took the head coaching position at Greensboro College, where she led the Pride for two seasons before going to Colorado College.

A four-year starter for St. Benedict, Mahlum was named a Kodak All-American, and was inducted into the institution's Hall of Honor as an individual in 2004, and as a team member in 2008.

She currently resides in Springfield, Ohio.
