Franklin, IN- Wittenberg hit the road for a non-conference match-up against the Grizzlies of Franklin. After defeating Franklin with a score of 72-57, the Tigers improve to a three game win streak. Wittenberg would improve points per quarter as the game went on, putting up 13 in the first quarter, 18 in the second and third quarter, and 23 in the fourth quarter to end with a 15 point lead.

Both teams stayed steady, going back and forth in points but the Tigers went into the second quarter up 13-9. The third quarter would be even closer ending with a tie of 49 points each. With a score too close for comfort, the Tigers shut down Franklin's offense, only allowing eight points.
