Cincinnati, OH – The Wittenberg Tiger Softball team traveled to Mount St. Joseph for a midweek doubleheader with the Lions. The Tigers fell in both games, dropping the first game in five innings, 12-3. Wittenberg fell in the second game, 10-4.

Julia Burch led the Tiger offense, going 6 of 7 from the plate with an RBI and a stolen base along with one run scored in each game.

Lilly James provided a spark in the middle of the Tiger lineup, cracking her first home run of her Wittenberg career.

Harper Crews added a 2 for 2 effort at the plate in the second game against the lions with one run scored.
