LEESBURG, Florida—Wittenberg softball handled business in the nightcap of the season opener on Monday. Playing their second OAC opponent of the day, Ohio Northern University, Wittenberg downed the Polar Bears 4-1. The Tigers utilized a clutch three-run second inning to upend ONU, as the Tigers recorded six hits in the game to ONU's four. Wittenberg improves to 2-0 on the young season, as the Tigers return to action against Mount Union tomorrow morning.

- Rachel Black slugged a double in the bottom of the second that propelled the Tigers into an early 2-0 lead after striking out in order in the first inning.
