The Wittenberg Men and Women's Cross Country Teams competed at the NCAA DIII National Preview at Forest Akers in Lansing, MI. The Tigers and their fellow competitors had a day full of outstanding team efforts. The women's team secured a 19th place finish to start the day with the men's team securing a 28th place finish.
The men were led by Sophomore Conor Kolka with a claiming a 46th place finish, running a time of 25:44.9. Crossing the line next for the Wittenberg men's team was Lucas Eisele running a time of 27:36.5.
On the women's side, Corin Turkovich leading the way with a time of 23:13.7, and Ella Webster followed close behind her with 23:57.6.
The Tigers return to the course on Saturday, Oct. 15th at Oberlin College for the Inter-Regional Rumble.
