Cedarville, Ohio – The Wittenberg University cross country team took on the best competition from across the state on Friday afternoon at the All-Ohio Invitational from Cedarville University. The field of 38 teams came from all NCAA divisions I, II and III. The Tigers brought back a 13th place finish in the field 17 NCAA DIII schools. Finishing the day with a final score of 374 on the afternoon, the Tigers top 5 all crossed the line in the Top 100 amongst DIII competitors.
MEET NOTES
- Coming in just seconds off his pace from the year before, Charles Rodeheffer crossed the line in a time of 27:02.6 for a 44th place finish.
- Not far behind, Jersson Pachar added a 79th place finish for the Tigers in a time of 28:09.6
- Miles Caine finished his first All-Ohio race in a time of 28:43.1.
- Kenny Mayes and Evan Schreiber rounded out the Wittenberg scoring, as Mayes finished in a time of 29:01.3 and Schreiber crossed the line at 29:31.8.
