NCAC Indoor Championships Day One Recap

Crawfordsville, Ind. – The Wittenberg University track and field team took part in the North Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships from Wabash College.

 

DAY ONE: With a second-place finish in the shot-put event, D'Anthony Dorsey had a toss of 14.76m. Jonathan Seay was the next top Wittenberg finisher in the shot-put event, tossing a distance of 14.02m for a fifth-place finish. Junior Charles Rodeheffer earned a seventh-place finish in the 5,000-meter run for the Tigers, finishing in a time of 15:35.42. Tay Morton took sixth place in the triple jump competition, clearing a distance of 13.11m. Wittenberg closed out the first day of action in a tie for seventh place with eight points in the women's competition, and in sole possession of sixth place with 18 points on the men's side.
