Indoor

Season best in the mile run with a time of 4:41.45 at Denison... Raced 9:30.07 in his only attempt of the 3,000 meter run at Wooster... Appeared on the season's fastest distance medley relay team, contributing to the 11:07.60-finish at Ohio Northern.

Outdoor

Season best in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:16.05 at the NCAC Championships... Season best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:21.87 also at the outdoor championships.

2017

Indoor

Season best in the mile run with a time of 4:38.63 at the NCAC Championships. Also appeared in the 3,000 meter run and the distance medley relay.

Outdoor

Season best in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:21.04 seconds at the Muskie Invite. Also appeared in the 800 meter dash and the 3,000 meter steeplechase.

2016

Indoor

Season best in 1,600 meter run with a time of 4:44.81 at the Fighting Scots Invitational.

Outdoor

Season best 800 meter run performance at Denison's Big Red Invitational with a time of 2:07.06... Season best finish in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:18.87 at the NCAC Championship meet.

2015

Indoor: Season best in the Distance Medley (11:21.18)  and the Mile (4:48. 53) at the North Coast Indoor Track and Field Championships. Season best in the 800m (2:13. 76) at the Fighting Scots Invitational.

Outdoor: Season best in the 800m (2:08.81) at the Wittenberg Tiger Invitational and best time in the 1500m (4:21. 81) at the NCAC Championship meet.
