ORLANDO, Fla. — The Wittenberg men's tennis team continued its four-game spring break trip in Florida on Tuesday with a 9-0 loss to Calvin.
The Basics

The Match
- Wittenberg dropped all three doubles courts but had a tight battle at No. 1, as junior Ethan Libby (Loveland, Ohio/Loveland) and senior Kyle Fout (Gahanna, Ohio/Lincoln) fell 7-8(5-7) in a tiebreaker. Junior Mark Trinka (Oak Park, Ill./Oak Park and River Forest) and freshman Henry Smith-Heston (Yellow Springs, Ohio/Yellow Springs) fell 2-8 at No. 2, and freshmen Jacob Bennett (Pickerington, Ohio/Central) and Sven Van den Eerenbeemt (S-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands/Gymnasium Beekvliet) fell 3-8 at No. 3.
- In singles play, Libby fell 2-6, 0-6 at No. 1, Trinka fell 5-7, 6-3, 6-10 at No. 2, Fout fell 6-3, 2-6, 2-10 at No. 3, Bennett fell 0-6, 1-6 at No. 4, Van den Eerenbeemt fell 0-6, 3-6 at No. 5 and freshman Andrew Garofoli (Springboro, Ohio/Springboro) fell 0-6, 5-7 at No. 6.
