Cleveland, OH – The Wittenberg University men's tennis team traveled to Case Western Reserve on Saturday evening, falling to the Spartans 9-0. The Tigers suffered three tough losses on the doubles courts, before dropping the singles competition.

The duo of Kyle Fout and Guille Del Rio Gonzalez battled on the third doubles court before eventually falling 8-2. The pairing of John DeVito and Jake Stockhausen suffered an 8-1 loss in their match to the top flight doubles pairing from Case Western.

DeVito would later battle on the first singles court for the Tigers, eventually falling (6-2, 6-2). Stockhausen would steal one in the first game on the second court before falling (6-1, 6-0). Del Rio Gonzalez battled on the third singles court for the Red and White, suffering the loss at (6-1, 6-2).
