Men's Soccer Can't Hold On At Wabash

Crawfordsville, IN – The Wittenberg men's soccer team fell to the Little Giants from Wabash College on Tuesday afternoon, 3-1. The Tigers took an early 1-0 lead in the 9th minute, when Lukas Lindberg found the back of the Wabash net, scoring an unassisted goal. Wabash regained the lead before the break, taking a 2-1 advantage into the break. Wittenberg kept the Little Giants off the board until the final minutes of action when Wabash tacked on their final goa of the game with just over four minutes left. The Wittenberg offense posted four shots, placing all four on target.

Wittenberg will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 26 taking on the Big Red of Denison University at 7:30 PM.
