Jordan Shoger

Jordan Shoger returned to his alma mater as the assistant men’s lacrosse coach just a few months after earning his diploma in May 2014. He replaced Scott Morrison, who left to become the head coach at Adrian College.

Shoger returned to the program after four years as a team member, including the 2014 season as one of the captains. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Wittenberg, and he also completed a minor in sports management.

A native of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Shoger earned three varsity letters as an attackman for the Tigers. After suffering a knee injury before his freshman year even started, Shoger bounced back to score 46 goals in his career in the Red & White, in addition to nine assists.

Shoger scored a career-high 25 goals as a full-time starter during his senior season in 2014. After the season, he was named the team’s most valuable offensive player and co-overall MVP.
