  • Wittenberg jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the second quarter after the reigning NCAC Player of the Week, Zach Shy, scored off of a pass from Jack Strahm with 6:10 remaining in the half.
  • David Strahm got in on the action for Wittenberg, as the senior netted a goal with 3:23 remaining in quarter number two, as Shy recorded the assist on the play with the Tigers leading 8-2.
  • The Tigers lead would grow to 15-4 as Gerald Coyle scored from Michael Coyle with 1:59 remaining in the third quarter.
  • Moderwell would go on to score his fifth and sixth goals in the fourth quarter for Wittenberg, as Coyle and Joseph Cristakis picked up assists on the scoring plays, as the Tigers led 19-4.
