Tigers Take Down Clark 10-5 In Florida Wrap-Up

CLEARWATER, Fla. – The Wittenberg men's lacrosse team completed a successful spring break trip Saturday with a 10-5 win over Clark University to improve to 3-1 on the season.

A full box score will not be available until next week, but goal and assist totals provided by Woody Thompson are enough to identify to the driving forces behind the win. Freshman twin brothers Andrew Fuss and Thomas Fuss (New Albany, Ohio/Gahanna Lincoln) combined for 10 points, including three goals and four assists for Andrew, and two goals and one assist for Thomas.

Senior Alex Previte (Dublin, Ohio/Coffman) scored three goals in the contest to split the team lead with Thomas Fuss, while senior Tyler Hall (Evanston, Ill./Evanston Twp.) and sophomore Andrew Morrison (Columbus, Ohio/Hilliard Davidson) each contributed one goal.

Wittenberg returns to campus to resume classes Monday, and will pick up the schedule again with a Saturday, March 16, meeting with Saint Vincent at 1 p.m. at Edwards-Maurer Field.
