Jim Kincaid joined the Wittenberg men's golf coaching staff in 2004 with hopes that he could to bring the team up to the heights he reached during his playing days in the Red & White.

Kincaid was a four-year letterwinner at Wittenberg and was named team Most Valuable Player in 1984. That season, Kincaid served as team captain. He was the medalist in the Ohio Athletic Conference championship tournament as he led the Tigers to a second place finish, just two strokes behind perennial national powerhouse Ohio Wesleyan. While earning Honorable Mention All-America honors, he helped the team to a 21st-place finish in the NCAA Division III championships. He is one of a select few players in Wittenberg history to participate in four NCAA Division III Tournaments during his collegiate career.

Since his graduation in 1984 with a degree in business administration, Kincaid has remained active in the sport. He has been a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America since 1988, and he currently serves as vice president of the Southern Ohio Section of the PGA of America. He is a partner of Reliance Golf Management, a golf industry consulting firm, and owner of Korporate Kasuals, Inc., a logo merchandising business that specializes in corporate recognition merchandise and collegiate apparel.

Kincaid served as head golf professional at Shaker Run Golf Course in 1993, Northwood Hills Country Club from 1994-97 and Dayton Country Club from 1998-2002. He served as an assistant golf professional at Reid Park Golf Course from 1984-87, NCR Country Club in 1988, Dayton Country Club from 1989-91 and Shaker Run Golf Course in 1991-92.
