Pat Carlisle

Pat Carlisle rejoined the Tiger coaching staff in 2015 after previously serving as an assistant coach from 2004-06. During his five years at Wittenberg, Carlisle has been involved in all aspects of the men’s basketball program.

After leaving Wittenberg, Carlisle spent seven seasons as the head coach at Columbus State Community College (CSCC). At CSCC, Carlisle had national success. In 2008, he led Columbus State to the National Junior College Athletic Association National Finals and in 2009, to the National Elite 8.

In addition, Carlisle, a 2001 graduate of Wright State University and 2005 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, has previously been on the coaching staffs at Dayton Jefferson High School, Miami University at Middletown, Sinclair Community College, along with being the head varsity coach at Butler High school.

Carlisle teaches at the Miami Valley Career Technology Center and resides in Brookville with his wife, Diana, and their two children, Megan and Daniel.
