Former Tiger standout Chad Mossing joined
the men's basketball coaching staff for the 2013-14 season. A 2002
Wittenberg graduate, Mossing was a four-year letter winner and team
captain as a senior.
The Tigers posted an outstanding 87-23
record during Mossing's four seasons on the wing, which included
two regular season North Coast Athletic Conference championships,
one NCAC tournament championship and two berths in the NCAA
Division III Tournament.
After graduating, Mossing worked as a
newspaper sports editor before earning a master's degree in
education at the University of Toledo. Mossing currently serves as
a career-based intervention coordinator for the Northeastern Local
School District in Springfield,
Ohio.
Mossing’s coaching
experienceincludes three years as the head varsity
boys’ coach at both Indian Lake High School and Northeastern
High School. A native of Toledo, Ohio, Mossing and his wife, Karen,
class of 2002, are the parents of four children: Molly, 7, William,
5, Catherine, 2 and Luke, 3
months.
