Wooster and Wittenberg must first get past NCAC rivals Denison and Ohio Wesleyan, respectively, on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Wooster, which is 18-3 overall and 11-1 in the NCAC after winning the conference's regular season title each of the last three years, is currently ranked 15th in the nation. In 2006-07, the Scots made the Division III National Tournament Final Four.

Wittenberg, the NCAC Tournament champion two of the last three years, is 15-6 overall, including an 11-1 mark in the conference. The two teams split last season's series, with each team stealing a win on the other's home court. One of the two teams has won the NCAC regular season title every year since 1989. Saturday's contest will likely determine the location of the NCAC Tournament, which is scheduled for Friday-Saturday, Feb. 29-Mar. 1.
