WASHINGTON, Pa. – The Wittenberg field hockey team put the finishing touches on the first long road trip of the 2013 season with a 4-0 loss at Washington & Jefferson.

Playing their second game in less than 24 hours in searing late-summer heat, the loss dropped Wittenberg to 1-3 on the young season. The Presidents improved to 3-1.
