Springfield, Ohio – Wittenberg University’s Department of Athletics has entered into an apparel agreement with Kollege Town Sports that will make Adidas and Under Armour exclusive providers for most of the Tigers’ 24 intercollegiate teams.

Kollege Town Sports is a national apparel company featuring Adidas and Under Armour brands, innovative programs, custom screen printing, embroidery, tackle twilling and laser etching.

“I could not be more pleased and proud to announce our partnership with Kollege Town Sports,” said Wittenberg Director of Athletics and Recreation Gary Williams. “The Handlen family is a nationally recognized leader in apparel and athletics product service, and we have already, in just six months, seen a drastic increase in cost savings, improved service and responsiveness, and a commitment to provide high quality items for our coaches and student-athletes.

“The most important aspect of this relationship is the mirrored missions that we share with Kollege Town. So not only are we partnering with individuals who are committed to our organization, but we have joined a company that fits our mission and values.”

The Kollege Town contract with Wittenberg offers numerous incentives to teams for athletic achievement, and it also provides teams with credit for each dollar spent on signature brand uniforms, footwear and apparel. In addition, the contract provides Tiger teams the opportunity to host online stores that are open to fans.
