70 Tiger Student-Athletes Named To 2014-15 NCAC Academic Honor Roll

Springfield, Ohio – Seventy Wittenberg University student-athletes have been named to the inaugural North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Academic Honor Roll. A total of 666 student-athletes from all 10 full-time member institutions and one affiliate member for field hockey were honored. 

To be honored, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and have completed at least two seasons on the roster of a sport sponsored by the NCAC while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher. Wittenberg’s 2014-15 honorees are:

“We are extremely proud of the efforts on and off the field of our student-athletes,” said Director of Athletics and Recreation Gary Williams. “There are 11 more student-athletes on the NCAC Academic Honor Roll this year. This type of growth is just another example of the great progress our department continues to make. 

“This success is a tribute to many people in the Wittenberg community, most notably our outstanding faculty, who work every day to create an educational environment that encourages success in all facets of the college experience.”
