Wittenberg 5v5 Tournament

Wittenberg University Women's Lacrosse team is hosting their first 5v5 tournament on Saturday, November 12th from 9am-4pm. You can register by yourself, or with a team! Every team will play in their division, and in the end will have a tournament champion! We hope to see you there!

The fee for the Witt 5v5 tournament is $50 per player. This camp is open to all girls in grades 9-12. A house team will be created for those that would like to register individually. House teams will be provided at check-in. Full payment is required at the time of the registration. You may register online by visiting http://wittenbergtigers.com/information/camps/index. If you are registering by mail, please make checks payable to Wittenberg Women's Lacrosse. If you are paying for a whole team on one check, please just list the team's name in the memo line.

REQUIRED FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION: The Parent Consent/Waiver & Release and the Concussion Information form are required for all participants. Please visit this site to print out and sign the Concussion Information sheet and bring it with you on the day of the tournament. 

Ohio Concussion Information

FACILITIES: Games will be played on Edwards Maurer Field, which is field turf. Players should bring appropriate footwear for this playing surface. We will have 3 playing fields set up on the turf, and a grass practice field for teams to warm up before their scheduled game times.

EQUIPMENT: All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED. Players must bring their own stick, mouth guard, goggles, and goalie equipment. Registered teams must look uniform and wear similar colored jerseys/shirts.

MEALS & HOUSING: Players are responsible for providing their own meal(s). We will be holding concessions with snacks and beverages. The tournament is only a day camp and no overnight accomodations will be provided.

CONFIRMATION: Upon processing of each registration, a confirmation notice will be sent by email.

REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued for any cancellation received atleast 1 week prior to the end of registration.

TEAM RULE: If you are bringing a high school team, remember you can only have 6 players total playing together on each team - so  you may need to register multiple teams for each high school school.
